The home features 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, large living area (there is actually more space behind the fireplace wall), and the kitchen!! lAll appliances stay, including washer, dryer, and freezer too!! The utility room makes a great mudroom: back entry and pantry space. No garage but plenty of space to park. No basement but plenty of back yard space to entertain on the deck. That's why this is so affordable!! AND Seller is willing to negotiate on all the furnishings too. Its not perfect, but it's super cute!
